About Repair Manager, Alex B.
I have been with Jim Kryshak Jewelers for about eight years! As the repair coordinator I evaluate the pieces that come through our shop before they are serviced and also serve as quality control when the pieces are finished to ensure everything is up to our standard here at JKJ. I work closely with our customers as well with our goldsmiths, service department and designers. The best part of my role here is being able to see all of the beautiful and unique pieces that come across my desk, specifically custom pieces and vintage heirlooms that tell their own exceptional story! It is my absolute favorite when I see our customer’s reaction to a piece that we’ve created from scratch or a refurbish to a piece that gets new life! Each piece of jewelry tells its own story and I love helping preserve that for our customers. Outside of work, I enjoy doing anything outdoors, spending time with my family, golfing, painting and traveling to new places with my daughter. I have three dogs who I often take on new adventures and hikes with me. I also love everything about design, but especially architecture and exotic cars. I enjoy cooking, mixology and love to dine out with friends to try new foods & wine!
